Three specialties. Built to move faster.
BKV helps owners, developers, contractors, and architects deliver projects that cross multiple specialty trades — pre-engineered steel structures, Falkbuilt prefab interiors, and security envelope systems — with fewer coordination gaps and a single point of accountability.
From planning and procurement through construction and closeout, we integrate structure, interiors, and envelope under one Nevada-licensed team, so projects stay on schedule and on scope.

About BKV Specialty Solutions
Built by Operators. Led by Builders.
Karl and Diana built BKV around a simple belief: construction works better when accountability, communication, and execution stay under one team.
Together, they combine decades of experience across construction, design coordination, specialty products, and operational systems, helping clients simplify complex projects while delivering high-quality results throughout Nevada and the Intermountain West.
Every project is guided by three principles:
- Put people before business
- Solve problems early
- Deliver what was promised
