Our Team
Hi! We're Karl & Diana Poellinger, Owners of BKV Specialty Solutions & Falkbuilt Las Vegas
As a husband-and-wife team and entrepreneurs at heart, Karl and Diana have built careers rooted in problem-solving and craftsmanship, bringing their expertise to create smarter, more sustainable building solutions.
Diana’s journey in design and construction began early—she launched her own interior design business while still in college. With over 20 years in the A&D industry, she’s worked across design, real estate, and nonprofit leadership, always seeking ways to make a greater impact. She enjoys camping, yoga, music, and dance, and shares her love of nature with their two dogs, Reno and Vegas.
Karl’s entrepreneurial spirit started in his teens with an equestrian training business. A U.S. Army veteran and UNLV graduate, he later built a career consulting for Fortune 500 companies, specializing in digital transformation and operational efficiency. Outside of work, he’s an enduro racer, sporting clay shooter, experienced wilderness survivalist, and most importantly, a dedicated husband and father.
At BKV Specialty Solutions, they’ve built a diverse team that brings expertise and dedication to every project. Their in-house architectural designer ensures seamless integration of prefabricated solutions, while their skilled field technicians—led by a U.S. Marine veteran—bring precision and craftsmanship to every installation.
Together, they partner with architects and contractors to integrate digital construction and prefabrication for efficient, high-quality solutions. Their mission is simple—innovative solutions, exceptional outcomes.
